Words cannot even describe the headache and run around this company has given me. I was recommended fireplace outlet by family and friends and this experience has been a nightmare. I signed the contract for my fireplace on November 11th, 2024 with work to begin on January 3rd, 2025 for a $12,000 job. This business has missed multiple appointments: January 11, January 19th, and February 28th, besides missing appointments to complete work they never even gave a courtesy call or text. I have been reaching out to them every week to complete the job and they have one excuse after another. If I could give them zero stars I would. Tomorrow is May 1st and the work is still not completed 5 months later!

5 starsWe had a wonderful experience with Fireplace Outlet. They replaced our fireplace and surround tile and mantle. They did a beautiful job. 1 starOn June 10, 2024 I put down my 50% deposit as requested. During the summer, I kept calling the Owner Becky on when we could schedule my install. Can I say Ghosting? I thought it was a method used in our younger generation. Not a business owner. I had to call numerous times and to say 10 times would be very generous. Finaly I was scheduled on August 1, 2024 for the install. She was paid in full. Stupid me. The gas line was not installed, She was to come back and arrange the Birch logs and give us the tutorial. Her reasoning was that there is still construction. Since the beginning of November 2024, I have been calling. Nothing. I emailed Nothing. It is completely unacceptable. Not sure with this type of response she gets any referrals. To boot she was paid cash. The king of business transactions. As of today November 20, 2024, no email, no phone call. 5 starsBecky came out and gave us an estimate for a fireplace insert. She seemed very knowledgeable so we went with them. There was a minor delay getting the unit. The installation was amazing, they completed it and cleaned everything up. I would recommend Fireplace Outlet to anyone. Very impressed with knowledge and work product. ThanksReview fromTom B.
