      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
      This offer is not acceptable. Why would I want to spend more money and trust a company that didn't do the job right? Especially when they cut corners on the thickness of the concrete and poor craftsmanship. The only way I will settle is if the company writes me a check for $5000.00 so I can have another company come and do the work. Regards,

      Response taken by phone:  I have already addressed this with the consumer.  There is no warranty on this driveway which we did two years ago. The damage was done from deicers which degraded the concrete.  The portion of the driveway that he does not drive on has no damage.  He did not have the proper testing done on the product, therefor no determination could be made on the driveway.  I made a reasonable offer to address the issue but the he declined.

      BBB spoke to Charlie at the business and the following was relayed: I am still willing to honor the original resolution offered which would be to tear out and replace the section in question for $3,500 or include the apron and sidewalk for $4,000. This is approximately 1/2 of the total cost for the tear out and replacement of materials and installation.

    Zumbino Concrete is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
