    This company, its employees and it's owner should all be ashamed of themselves and if possible should have their license revoked.
    They were hired to provide 24hr care for an elderly person unable to come home from the hospital otherwise. In the beginning, there were some bumps, but the aides were in general ok, and the ones that were not were asked to be removed from service. Fast forward a few months, and the overall care was nothing short of atrocious. Aides were arriving late, leaving early, leaving for long lunches, and mostly ignoring the patient while there. One particular day nobody showed up and I received a call from the individual that they were on the ground and could not get up. Eventually, the quality of care was so poor that hospice stepped in and took the patient to their facility for respite care, and would not release them until a new company was hired.
