    I moved out in the middle of August even though I paid for whole month. We did a walk through and they received the keys. I have yet to receive my security deposit back and it's October 2. NYS law says I should have received it after two weeks which should have been September 2. I may end up taking them to small claims vourt

    DO NOT rent from any CLOVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO for seniors - management is terrible , services lacking and NO ONE is accountable!! I even had the district manager hang up on me !!!

    Clover Group management is the worst. They have the minimal amount of electricity voltage which does not work well. You cannot plug in the toaster and coffee pot at the same time even in different outlets. There is no water pressure. Because they pay the utilities. There is next to zero maintenance. I put in four request to have me patio door fixed along with the vertical blinds that were torn because of the patio door. They did not fix it until I moved out. The first time you put in a complaint or request for something to be fixed they become hostile toward you and make your life a living hell. They accuse you of things you do not do to get you to shut up about your complaints.

    This company should be shame of them self taking advantage of the elderly. Collecting money for apts not available and the waiting list has over 100 people on it. Who can't get all there money back, management keeps 250.00 of each persons money. Wow what a profit for the property 25,000. There are no available for apts but they keep adding to a waiting list. This has to be illegal.
