    Ron Metzger ( aka Ron Metzger property management) 100 Reist st Williamsville ny 14221 agreed in a contract agreement to remove his daughter and boyfriend from my property located at *** **** ****** for the sum of $ 800 usd no later than November 25 , 2023 . All parties were signatories to the agreement. Ron Metzger has not fulfilled the contract and refuses to refund my money. I have no choice but to seek eviction and sue Ron Metzger for my $ 800 dollars. Let everyone beware of doing any business with this one man business. You will lose your money and not receive the snow plowing , landscaping or property management services. He demands cash in advance then barely or never shows Caveat emptor

    The current issues per contract, as stated and what we agreed upon gives poor performance on company. 1.) Removal of snow by 5am. 2.) Removal of snow in case of an emergency to allow ambulance to pull in. 3.) Removal of snow by 5am Monday – Friday to allow access for nurse to pull in. 4.) In any case snow must be cleared from driveway at all time in case of any emergencies of an elderly, handicap patient to exit and allow emergency personal to enter home. 5.) Many attempt through text messages and phone calls to resolve the issue of snow removal you made one attempt you arrived @ 83 Gaslight Trail one time to clear drive way afterwards you were a no show to comply with the contract agreement. 6.) The business owner left a voice mail message on my cell that he was willing to refund my money that was paid in cash as of 1/30/23 has not come forward.
