    Do not do business with them. They do not support their products.if you ask for help you will get rude,condescending and unhelpful answers. Awful. Not worth it.

    BEWARE! They do not adequately describe their products. Many of the products require adapters to work with a machine you might have, a fact that is hidden on a second page that is not readily available. Then if you buy the adapter you have to pay more shipping. To add insult to injury, if you want to return the misidentified product, you have to pay the return shipping as well as having paid for shipping to you in the first place.
    Stay away from these people.

    Beware! Do not order from this place. I placed an order online for multiple spools of thread. The pricing seemed great, so I stocked up. When I received the email detailing the specifics of my purchase, the size of the spools was the smallest size spools, not the extra large I was led to believe I was ordering. , The large spools were pictured by the pricing. After catching this, I emailed the company to cancel my order & notified ****** of what had happened and requested that they ensure the order be cancelled. This was all within hours of the order being placed. Certainly, nothing had shipped. Days later, I get the nastiest, most unprofessional correspondence I’ve ever received from anyone I’ve done or attempted to do business with. I find it difficult to believe a person with that level of mental stability is in charge of customer correspondence. I would have given them consistent business with any positive experience. I would also have referred them to others, since I work in the industry. I would not recommend this place for anything now.

    Like the rest of the reviewers here I would give no stars if it was an option.
    I was wanting to purchase a LED light for my 1130 *******. My shipping address is different than my billing; I input this info on the check out form & proceeded to complete my transaction, I tried several times to complete the purchase with no luck. I contacted customer service via email since they have no business phone number.
    Meanwhile, I looked further online & found a better deal via ****.
    I heard back from customer service rep explaining that I couldn’t use a different shipping address because of possible spam issues & that I could use ****** or a money order, I explained I did not use either & went with another company that was less hassle.
    The rep wrote back that I was a hopeless ****** A vulgar & very unprofessional response.
    I work in the film industry & I am letting all my colleagues know never to give business to this unprofessional company!

    I also had a bad experience with this online store. I bought two narrow hemmer feet and a shaft that the web site and the customer service rep said would fit my machine. Not only did it not fit properly, but my machine is now at the repair shop.
    Here's what I learned. Don't buy aftermarket parts for your machine. I have a Husqvarna and from now on I will pay the price for their parts. period. (Not that the parts I bought from the Colorful World of Sewing were inexpensive, mind you.) I am going to the fabric/sewing machine shop I found to repair my machine from now on. Yes, better to shop local - even though it's 25 miles away.
    The lovely woman at the repair shop said that they get a lot of business fixing machines because of these aftermarket parts. They rarely fit the machines they list on their website and when you think about it, it seems unlikely that they tested these feet on all the models they list.
    If this wasn't frustrating, infuriating and insulting, it might be funny. Their customer service Representative was just awful, very rude and condescending - Maybe they should change the name to "The Colorful Language World of Sewing."
    Gave one star because 0 stars is not possible - better yet would be negative stars or the poop emoji.

    I purchased what I thought was a ***** quilt binder attachment from The Colorful World of Sewing. The website said it worked with the ***** OA foot and my machine. I took a class on how to use this attachment and the instructor said I was sent the wrong part by TCWS. I contacted TCWS online site and filled out their form explaining this. Mark S******* sent a rude reply "What's the problem? It does fit the **** 2, they are the same quilt binder in different packages for the two different brand names, both the same part made by ******, this was explained in the item details for you and shown in the photos." I emailed back to say that the foot to ****** quilt binder does not fit my ***** and they are not interchangeable.
    I tried the instructor's ***** attachment at the class and the foot that came with it. The ***** OA regular foot didn't work for me as well as the foot that came with the binder. He replied: "I have also used the binder with the 0A foot, works perfectly when a dealer isn’t mad you bought online and wants you to buy from them instead, oldest trick in the book. I know more about ***** than you, was a dealer for years, been using them for even longer." Mark S******* doesn't know me and I don't know him.
    In the end, he did refund me, but I was out shipping both times (over $30). His behavior was condescending and rude. I would give this business less than 1 star, if possible.
