      Could not make appointment due to car trouble tried to call but call was not returned but was charged a hundred dollars for a no-show fee , next appointment was at 8:40 am was 15 minutes late due to traffic was charged a hundred dollars for a no- show fee. Had to reschedule . No understanding for patients who need help

      They are repeatedly charging my credit card $131.25 a month which was never authorized!!! I used my card to pay at my forst appointment and they keep charging it. I have not been back since my first appointment! I have tried to cancel and get no response.

      Pain management providers at International Drive location are very harsh and show no care for their patients. I have now seen 3 of them, each one worse then the last. I talked with the office manager and she doesn’t care for patient care or confidentiality either, she had me walk 5ft from the waiting area and only defended her physicians, without even allowing me to express my side of things, she was demeaning and rude. After being under another providers cares for 1 1/2 years, which sadly passed away, whom I had a wonderful relationship with and personal connection with no problems to now all of a sudden there are issues. The providers are young and each states that you “shouldn’t have this pain” and do not care. I am very upset as this is controlling my life and they are no help. I am not sure why I am in pain, but I would never recommend any person to this practice except to see Monica or Dr. Landi, himself.

      Nathaniel B has poor time management. First time at the office we waited 2 hr to see him. And today a patient was scheduled for 8:40am. Just got called back at 9:35am. When my father’s appointment time is 9:20am. So again sitting, wasting patients time. But if we were late they would cancel the appointment and charge a fee.
