      I contracted with Sunrooms of Buffalo to install a solarium in 2020. Since the installation, the solarium has consistently leaked and, while Sunrooms of Buffalo has attempted to repair it, it has not been able to. They have now told me I am out of warranty, and they will not longer attempt to repair the leaking unless I pay extra. Since this has been a problem since the beginning of the installation--and one that they haven't been able to fix-- I think it is their responsibility to pay for someone else to repair it properly.

      I am sorry, I did not explain the situation clearly on the phone the other day or the last time I was out to clean your window sill. Any and all of your warranties that are active will be and are honored. The window maintenance / cleaning is not covered in a product or labor warranty. The last time I was out I showed you how to do it. I know it is a unique situation and  I have never encountered it before, but the pine tree being so close to your house creates additional maintenance. Maybe your lawn and garden maninance people could help. We would like to keep you as a happy customer. That is why we offered to perform the cleaning service for only $50 per cleaning. You must understand that there would be a cost on our end to send someone out and this was just to offset our cost. I am sure this is a misunderstanding and this can be resolved
