      I brought my child to the Williamsville facility- BIG mistake. Andrea, the NP, could not be bothered to ask questions to my teen about why she was there, or even examine her. I gave her medical history information and that was it. She stood defensive and cross armed leaned up against the sink, while mocking my teenager that “you walked in here just fine” and so on. My child walked in there in pain, 8/10.
      Your NP Andrea was condescending and rude, no bedside manner. She didn’t care to examine the patient. She had made up her mind with just a discussion on health/medical history. At one point I was so shocked at her tone I had to stop listening to her at a point and make a decision of whether or not I would continue to subject my child to her mockery and smug attitude.
      As she mocked what she felt was a “non-issue” she recommended “if you feel as though it’s urgent, maybe you should have taken her to the emergency room instead of here”.
      Well- based on your website- you offer high level care and recommended coming to your “urgent” care as opposed to going to the ER- right??
      We walked out mid appointment. I was not going to allow myself or my child to be treated the way we were. It was like no medical experience I have ever been a part of.
      At the end of the day, as medical professionals, you failed. Your duty is to listen to your patients and care for them. Not assume and belittle them and their pain.
      As for charging me and my insurance for the LACK of care you provided- you that what I call, theft.
      Please do not respond to this with your typical “we request you reach out to discuss your experience” because I did. I left a message for your office manager and never heard back. You had an opportunity to discuss my concerns, and you ignored me.
      To others looking for quality care- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You and your children do not matter at this facility.
