    I put a deposit down of $1,430.82 on an in stock dress, sleeves and a Veil. I ended up not needing the dress anymore and asked for my deposit to be returned. Their policy only speaks about sales being final and no refunds on a sale. As is clear a sale hasn't been completed nor does the agreement state that deposits are not refundable.

    I'm asking for my deposit to be returned.

    very first bullet point on the signed sales
    agreement states that payments made towards merchandise are not
    refundable or transferable. The customer
    was on a 30 day payment plan to which they agreed that they would pay
    off the gown within that time frame, regardless of whether the event
    details were changed or called off. We
    keep a very regulated inventory and when we sell something off the
    showroom floor, we are immediately replacing it with another piece in
    that size range and silhouette.  Due to the replacement of inventory, there are no refunds or exchanges on
    merchandise purchased. The
    choices for
    the client were
    to fulfill the contract and pay off their merchandise and take it to resell or use it as they saw
    fit (we had emailed product photos and a detailed product write up to the client
    as requested), or to terminate the contract to which they would
    forfeit their
    payment in lieu of not being held obliged by the contract to pay it
    off, to
    which they chose the latter.
