    They are a mess and absolutely have no clue what they are doing. They charge way more money than an actual cpa with subscription model and do no work. I have a cpa who reviewed books and said they were useless. Side comment was that my books should be laced in gold at the price I paid per month.They admitted they had no one working account for several months and that my account was not being worked on because they fired the manger in charge of my account months ago. Mind you they charged monthly fee the entire time. Their solution was offering 10% credit back for future work. I attempted to work with them as they struggled and failed to perform basic quick book tasks, which resulted in even more months billed before I finally cut ties and realized they were just incapable due to incompetence. I am planning to *** for the $13,000 of supposed work they never accomplished.
