    My payment was declined to pay accountant, but I explained to him multiple times that hes not the only one who takes payments from my account and that I will be able to make the payment on another date, he stated that he was ticked off and was closing my case immediately because the payment didnt go through, then lied to another lawyer stating that I wanted to close the case when that wasnt true, I didnt have another lawyer in place I didnt have any additional help before he decided to close out my case due to the payment not processing like he would like it to.

    I want to start of by saying that i'm understanding of the situation and that there are no issues with moving the payment date. Additionally, if you wish to, we would like to continue with your case to see if we can obtain a decision from the lender. Is it possible to speak on the phone on Monday or Tuesday to further discuss? Thank You.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Complaint has not been resolved, I would no longer like to work with the company, because I was totally dissatisfied and disrespected by ** *************** The response I received in the letter was not the response I received through text messages and would never like to work with that company again I would just like to move on and receive a refund.
