  I highly recommend ******************************************** They assisted us with the legal side of the short sale of our home. They were professional and honest at every step of the process, addressing all of our concerns and answering questions. They truly prepared us for the closing and gave us enough time to vacate the property at our convenience. Legal Assistant, ******* *****, was excellent, and I appreciate her hard work.

  The attorneys and staff of ******************************************* are HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY and unparalleled in their expertise of the law. Dont adjust your screen yes, I said HONEST!! Not many people, in any profession, can lay claim to this. From start to finish, my attorney and his team delivered on all the promises they made to help me promptly close on the sale of my property. They were very patient in walking me through the process of clearing the encumbrances on the title, in answering my many questions and explaining the steps needed to get us to closing. My attorney actually went line by line on the title search. He explained each issue and how he and his team would resolve it. Of particular noteworthiness was how he used his knowledge and expertise of the law to negotiate an over $900k mortgage due at closing, down to a $10k settlement.******************************************* were also spot on with the amount of time they said it would take from when I signed the retainer to the date of closing. There were no excuses or delays. They just got the job done. I am delighted to highly recommend ******************************************* for any real estate matter in which you need legal counsel.

  There are not enough words of gratitude to express how grateful I am for Miss ******* *****! She is my superhero! I felt so bad for her and so many others who had to enter my chaotic and bizarre world that was created by my abusive, narcissistic, alcoholic, controlling ex-husband, who had single-handedly successfully put our home into foreclosure over and over and over again and left us with zero equity in a home we resided in for 24 years. A home that I pleaded for, for my girls and then eventually, my son, for, long-term stability, comfort and memories. Through my long and arduous struggle of trying to keep my youngest child, my son in our home to complete high school and then gratefully four more years to complete college, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The foreclosure attorney that I had been working with who is such an amazing man was so saddened when I explained I could no longer physically or mentally continue to maintain the home by myself and thats when I found this wonderful group that Miss ******* is associated with. She is an amazing crusader for mine and my sons cause and was so supportive and effective in getting me to a satisfactory end result. Miss ******* has the courage and conviction that I have instilled in my own children and the students that I have taught, as well as the people that I have managed in my various careers. I have found that there are not many people in the world like her and I am ever so grateful and will continue to tell everyone about the ***** that came into my world to help me and my son through this stressful and traumatic time.
