    This florist is pretending to be a professional wedding florist. They have written hundreds of positive fake reviews themselves and posted them on yelp, wedding wire, and the knot in order to scam brides out of money and then not deliver on their wedding day. Unfortunately they took a $1700 deposit from us. They were demanding it be cash or zelle so when I got home I thought it was weird so let me research deeper. I found that all the positive reviews were coming from the same IP address. When I contacted them to confront them about their fraud and to get my deposit back there was no response. The few brides that actually had them do their flowers said it was awful and they were nothing short of complete disasters to work with. Im not having a fake florist do my wedding flowers. There are multiple other people who have not received their deposit back. We need to get this business shut down! Additionally I dont think they are paying their business taxes.

    I dealt with *****. Original meeting went well- they raved about their connections for flowers, great availability in off seasons etc. Second meeting- drastic difference. Payment was collected, and then I was told no to every flower, and was provided recommendations that I wasnt happy with (recommended but actually more like I was forced to have to settle for those options since what I wanted as a blatant thats outdated or we dont do that/we dont have those). Numerous other brides Ive spoken with have experienced this as well. Those who did not exist contract were delivered damaged flowers on their wedding day. In order to avoid more heart break, I tried reaching out on numerous occasions to break contract. This business does not answer when you call, and keeps their doors locked. You have to call to enter but they sit behind the glass windows and ignore you. Ultimately wrote an email to inform them we are not settling for the most important day of our lives. No response either. A text number was on their website: I received a passive aggressive response, was called a liar, misinformed, etc. I expressed that we require a refund numerous times, which was met with more dismissive responses. They told me they could in fact provide me with any flower I wanted, so I requested another appointment to resolve this misinformation. I was asked to send which flowers I wanted, only to find they blocked my phone number. Bait and switch, unethical, verbally abusive, and financially abusive. Unfortunate way to make a living, preying on those who are trying to create a beautiful day to remember for the rest of our lives.
