To ensure our clients' satisfaction and confidence in our commitment to excellence, we have implemented the following refund/exchange policy:
15-Day Refund Guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the marketing services provided by HASHI, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of the service delivery.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of service delivery.
The client must provide detailed feedback explaining the reasons for dissatisfaction to help us understand and address the issues.
Refund Process:
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or (646) 477-7177. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and may request additional information to better assist you.
Refund Amount:
Upon approval of the refund request, HASHI will refund the full amount paid for the specific marketing services in question. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No-Refund Situations:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The refund request is submitted after the 15-day period has elapsed.
The client has not provided sufficient details or feedback to support the dissatisfaction.
The dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond HASHI's control, such as changes in market conditions, industry trends, or external factors affecting business performance.
Exchange Option:
In lieu of a refund, clients may opt for an exchange of services of equal value. The exchange option will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
