    We have a well used leather couch bought new 20+ years ago. the cushions needed replacing so we had them build covers, custom made with the Faux Leather Tobago material. The transaction from measuring and entering our size went smoothly. We received the cushions in less than 10 days as promised. They look great and fit perfectly. Thanks for the great product and timely service.

    In a word this company has really poor customer service. They sent me a full size cover that the dimensions were supposably the same as my futon. It was about 8" too big. For me to return it cost me $30.00 after I had spent 100.+ for cover. I have tried calling for two days now, no one answers the phone and to leave a message in their system did not work. I don't know how they stay in business with those work ethics. Horrible experience. If I could leave no stars I would.

    Horrible. ********* arrived way too small and does not fit the mattress. ***** claimed the slipcover shrunk and refused to help. After a lot of time spent emailing back and forth, owner decided to offer a replacement "as a courtesy" but said I'd have to pay $20 shipping just to send the defective item back. Horrible customer service. I said I am going to file a claim with my bank and then the owner kept emailing me and harassing me. Horrible horrible experience.

    The customer did not follow our washing instructions, it washed and dried improperly and therefore cause the cover to shrink.

    I am submitting a reply to customers complaint and ask that this review be taken down as its false and does not reflect the actual issue.We were contacted by the customer stating that she received the wrong size futon cover and wanted a replacement. We asked her to check the inner law tag as well as the product insert sheet and both were marked to the correct size, which was Queen ***** cover. We then asked to see an image of the cover and upon receipt we saw that the cover was washed and dried at high heat which caused the cover to shrink.We offered the customer a onetime FREE replacement with a shipping and handling fee of $20. She then became very abusive in her emails, and just kept repeating the same thing over & over again. Our staff is has over *************************************************************************************************************** the entire e-mail thread communication that I am attaching.

    I have received a wrong product of which they want me to pay for return shipping label. Product costs $99 which gives you automatic free shipping. When you have to return the product (because of their mistake) they claim that they will deduct shipping fees from the total. So is the futon cover $99 with free shipping or it is cheaper and shipping is included and they make it sound that they offering free? However you see it, once you purchase something from these people you are stuck with it. They will CHARGE YOU even for returns. Enjoy!
