    Terrible customer service, I have had issues with the printer since the day we took it out of the package. Every time we reach out for help they either take forever to respond or they say we need to clean it. Been cleaned multiple times and it prints but colors are so bad I can’t sell them.

    We take pride in our response time to customer inquiries with is usually within 24 business hours. We have been working with the customer on trying to diagnose the issue they were having. Unfortunately, there are steps required, like cleanings, to help determine the cause of an issue. It was diagnosed that there was an issue with their file and is not a printer issue. We have responded to the customer and have not received a response back in a few days. We hope they will continue to work with us until they are printing as intended!

    This whole system is a joke. No communication with support- cant set machine up, so many issues . It states not to do anything until you set up onboarding - cant set that up until you complete things up to that point . I have reached out and gotten told that I have to do everything then set up for live . So basically, I paid right at $6,000 for a paperweight that is in my way and worthless to me. I requested shipping label to return.The company I ordered thru offered things - that didnt work out either - I have screenshots of call logs , emails , pictures from websites that I have reached out to. Id advise anyone to go with a different brand other than Uninet . I no longer want to wait around for assistance- just refund my money - and provide shipping label. I dont think it is morally right to advertise things to have people purchase the items to leave them in the dark and advertise things that arent true as the things with this package I paid for . Ive had this machine sitting for well over 2 weeks maybe 3 now, but just keep getting lied to. If you want scammed out of a bunch of money this is definitely the company to use . I also have the description of what I was to receive- and what I have not gotten . I purchased thru swing design so I feel they are responsible for this as well . And of course no one reaches out and responds back, the only response you will get is I will be reaching back out to you . However that doesnt happen. Remember theres a time frame too and they are close to the timeframes so I wont be able To return it. Been in contact since day after I got it .I will get my money back full refund - if not I will be the one to file a civil suit along with many others that are very unhappy with this device/ paperweight product . Ive had since 04/11/2024

    We originally purchased the iColor 500 in 2016 and used it for years without any major issues. We originally used a cheaper heat press that only caused problems but once we purchased the recommended heat press all issues were immediately resolved and we saved on transfer media that we messed up before we bought the correct press. In 2021 we upgraded to the iColor 650 and could not be happier, this was the best move for our business. The best thing about Uninet is the customer support and quick response time. The technicians at UI have saved me more than once. Thanks for making my life a lot easier.
