    Mis-leading pricing. Company changed name to Typhoon Custom Pools. I am a seasonal customer but was not informed of the change in company name. Went to Mike's Pool Service website where an ad quoted $199 for above ground pool closing. Scheduled an appointment believing cost was $199. Scheduler did not mention that the new price is $299 so I was taken back when their rep showed me the bill. Called the office & was told the old website was no longer active & the cost remained $299, which was the same price a friend was charged by Typhoon for an in ground pool closing last week. I feel hoodwinked; deceived. Do I have any recourse?

    Unresponsive, Multiple phones calls. They left my pool in broken pieces. Have pics to show damage. Last year they did the same. I offered them a 10K job last year and this year. No business, no common sense. I am left to do everything by myself.Even my friend who recommended them to me, stopped using them! They are NOT reliable!I started the pool project back in March 2022.DON'T use them.I am considering a lawsuit.
