    Refusing to issue me a refund for an event that was cancelled due to weather.Rescheduling does not work for me and they are refusing to refund my $280 and happily keeping my money. This amount may not seem like a lot for some, but for others it may be.

    As we are terribly sorry that ****** event was postponed due to the weather conditions, it always is disappointing to everyone when a scheduled event is canceled. That being said, our top priority and concern is the safety of our participants and of our staff.  This particular event was canceled due to severe thunderstorms as we are an outdoor and seasonal event weather does play a factor.  Due to this, we are fully transparent with our refund policy and it is plainly stated on our website and confirmation emails.  We do not issue refunds, for any reason.  When an event is canceled due to weather concerns, all participants are notified and given every opportunity to choose a new date to come, at no additional charge. The booking is simply transferred to another date.  If it happens to be later in the year, or if the participant is unable to attend any of the given dates, they will be sent the schedule for the following year and given any and all opportunities to have their racing experience they purchased.  If all of these possibilities are unattainable, we allow the experience to be transferred to another individual.  In 23 years in business,we never have had a similar complaint.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The company claims that I can reschedule my event, but their dates and times do not work for me. At this point in time they are keeping my money and I have neither received a product or "experience" as they claim to provide.

    Being unemployed while I under go the *************** this places a larger impact on me than they recognize, and the simple fact that they have my money and I have received nothing is an outrage. They have only one small area where no refunds are mentioned on their website. I can see that being the case if I didn't enjoy my "experience" from them, but if I have never received anything at all, and they still keep my money, that is a poor business practice and I feel they should be held accountable for their negligence.
