    My father was transported from a hospital stay to rehab via Empress. They refuse to give me my dad's custom orthopedic shoes, his wallet, his clothes and a portable radio. This is criminal! I have reached out to them several times and they keep telling me they don't have it. I need my dad's possesses return immediately.

    On November 1, 2023 I was hit by a car. Among the vehicles that arrived on the scene were two ambulances from Empress Ambulance Service. I did NOT use either of them, and I was NOT treated by any of the ambulance attendants. One of them asked me if I wanted to go to the nearest Emergency Room, and I said no. A few weeks later I received two bills, stating that I owed $250.00 for each ambulance. I wrote my insurance information on the backs of both bills and sent them back. As of March 20, 2024, I am still receiving phone calls and bills from Empress, and being threatened with a collections agency. I am in the habit of paying my bills regularly, but I am not paying for services I did not receive. The only resolution I'm asking for is to be left alone.

    I was picked up by an ambulance via Empress AMB Service LLC on 8/1/2023. I gave my insurance information to the *** and all my information. Since then I have received repetitive bills which have not had my medical insurance applied. I have repetitively faxed my insurance card information along with a copy of the bill this company has sent me, all which have been successfully delivered. Today I receive a collections statement from Empress AMB LLC. I have tried calling this company with no success. I have tried emailing, with no success. My faxs have been successfully delivered with requests to apply my medical insurance to this statement, yet no action has been taken. Now this has affected my credit history along with causing unnecessary stress. My copays for ambulance is 75$. This bill is for over 1000$ because they have refused to apply my insurance which has been given multiple times. I would like this issue resolved.
