    On Dec 11, 2023, we took our car to get repairs from an accident. The insurance adjuster quoted around $3752 in repairs to the front of the car. LS Auto had the car for two weeks then called to tell us the car was ready for pick up. Well, the car was due for state inspection. During the inspection the mechanic noticed the car was running very hot, too hot for a 3.5 mile drive. The inspection Shop did a diagnosis and found out LS Auto Repair never completed the job. LS Auto Repair left the lower radiator hose off and there was no coolant in the car. Also, both control arms were visibly bent from the accident, a triangular pice from the left mirror missing, the latch for the hood missing and the air bag sensor with wire harness were still damaged. The air bag light was blinking on the dash board. We took the car back to LS Auto repair but *********** says, "We only do body repair, no mechanical work." through an interpreter. We were never told more work needed to be done to the car. The inspection shop told us the car was not safe to drive until the controls arms were repaired. We in formed our insurance about the issue. The insurance company needs a list of work completed from LS Auto to have another shop complete but LS Auto refused. Since *********** pretends not speak english, I have to go through an interpreter. It been over two weeks of calling and leaving messages. Someone from his shop says, "a lady will call". She sent the list from the insurance showing "work to be done", not "work completed" We need a list of work done to show the insurance so we can get a supplemental adjustment to complete the job. I called "The lady" three days in a row, she got back this morning with a text of the same old list, saying, " Not sure what to tell you", "he said he repaired what was on the list".
