      Bought a car and paid off in 2015 and dependable has not sent a lien release. 9 years later Im still yet to receive a lien release. Got to understand they were bought out by another company and contacted them to resolve the issue and they are insinuating that I never had a loan with them. How is this possible when I have them on my title? And documents from them?
