      Business with this company and particularly ***** ****** was done over the course of several months ranging from Jan 24, 2024 to May 3, 2024. During this time I paid over $20,000 to this man for plumbing and heating work. First he had me pay $3,200 to fix the boiler and it only worked for a few weeks then broke. He then had me buy a whole new one for $12,500. The worst problem though, is with the plumbing work on which I spent nearly $8000. He never installed a sprayer in the sink as he said he would, left the shower body untiled and I had to have someone else tile it which was not the agreement, did not flush the main line, all which was what we discussed in the estimate. Additionally, one of the toilets installed keeps running water to the tune of $200 a day in wastewater bills and the bathtub that was done takes several hours to fully drain and empty. Also the water only dribbles out from the faucet and barely comes out of the shower head, and doesnt fully divert when pulled up, so its always coming from the faucet too. I sent videos of the issues and clearly explained it right away. He said he woud have someone come fix it and never did. He now refuses to answer my calls and texts to send someone to fix the shotty work done.
