Was guaranteed by **** that finance already approved the purchase of my home and that 30 day closing on the contract was standard but being it was an approved cash purchase they will be able to close in 2 to 3 weeks . 2 weeks after signing the contract they decided they did not have the cash and wanted to put it on the market and help me sell it. This was a total scam from day one and only telling me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign the contract. Sellers beware they are not honest and what they promise does not happen.Finest Home Buyers LLC

I apologize for your negative experience and wish there was a better outcome for the sale of your property... Unfortunately, our finance department did not proceed to fund this deal because it was an Unusual type of property and Location. We notified you of the cancelation during the inspection period, and ***** also notified you in the beginning of the transaction that we need to finalize everything for your property to make sure we can proceed forward with this.
