    I went to ship a Kitchen Aide, I walked in said "I like to pack and ship this to ****************************** " they measured so they can find the proper box, I paid, thinking I'm leaving this to the professionals, well my Kitchen Aide arrived to **********************, BROKEN not 1 peanut inside, no bubble wrap, nothing to prevent breakage. We called the store and the person we spoke to was hostile, down right rude, when asked his name , he said I don't have to tell you it "*****" he proceeded to say F-U to my husband and hung up, the store claims he was terminated. I'm told I'll get a check for 148 for my 300. kitchen aide, seriously how can you justify this, the *** store are independently owned the owner of this particular store should had paid for the value of a kitchen aide , not good customer service, I will in the future go out of my way to another *** store I will never give them my business again. Do they even get proper training...NO they told me they train on line. wow it shows it. one star because I needed to add a star they don't deserve it!
