    Company was hired to waterproof the entire outside of the property and install delta wrap, french drainage and fill up with river rocks. Old stucco was to be taken off and new stucco was to be placed and painted with dry lock. The walkway was to be re-pointed and the concrete in the back of the property was to be pressure washed and sealed. They competed the front and one side of the property but did not complete the drainage and river rock on the left side of the property. The stucco was completed but was not painted and while installing the delta wrap on the right sde of the property it was damaged and not repaired. The re-pointing was never completed on the walkway. Damage was done to the lawn around the property and was told that it would be repaired. The driveway was also damaged due to the dumpster being left on it for too long. I was told that they would repair the driveway to its original state. On October 12th, 2023, I was told that that they would be back the next morning to complete the job. At this point I have already paid $30,000 and they asked for $1,500 to buy the final supplies to complete the work. They never showed up and now it seems like the phones have been cut off, I cannot get in contact with them at all. I tried to cancel the $1,500 check but my bank has already release the funds.
