      After the end of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee lease in May 2024 I bought off the vehicle. I financed the buy off, never received appropriated documents, the dealership claimed the title got lost already at the beginning of the lease, 3 1/2 years ago because it had been send to the wrong bank somewhere in *****. In July I moved from ** to **, therefore had to change my car insurance to my new NJ address and intended to transfer the registration immediately to ** which I couldn't because the dealership could not provide me with the necessary documents. The NY *** threatened to suspend my registration and drivers license because I had no valid NY state insurance anymore. After hundreds of attempts to reach a responsible person at the dealership and the financing bank ******* ******* (she works in the title department) called me explaining the situation and promising to take care of it to solve the issue. That was in August. Shortly before the deadline of the *** I drove an hour and a half from ** to the dealership to turn the car in and cancel the buy off contract, because the dealership failed to fulfill its obligations. On that day I was able to talk to the sales manager ****** for the first time (I left him multiple voice mails, he never responded), he offered to issue a temporary registration expiring 10/23. Today is 10/22, since 10/15 I reminded ******* ******* that an extension of the temporary registration needs to be done if the necessary title documents have not been received by then. She promised on 10/15 that she would ***** them to me in due time, today she responded that they are in transit. She could not provide me with any additional information (tracking number, etc.), I assume that she lied to me and did not take care of the issue at all. Tomorrow I'll drive again to the dealership I'll leave the car, I have prepared a document that needs to be signed by the dealership proving that I turned the car in will ask police to act as witness.

      **** at central ave ********, Doge, JEEP, RAM in ******* Central Ave is a scammer. He lies to the customers. For example saying a tire rotation was done when it was not. Also charging more than the for ice on the website. **** has been caught in his lies. He admitted no tote rotarion was done and admitted the prices he charged for the *** inspection was supposed to be $10 per the dealership website but charged $37 saying the website wasnt updated rather than honor the website price.

      I recently had my car towed to Central Ave Jeep dealership seeking assistance with a coolant leak issue in my Jeep which caused the car to overheat and not start. Despite clearly informing them of the problem, they failed to address it and instead overcharged me for a battery replacement and fuel injection. Issues that were not related for the car starting but because I was told they were attaching a machine to diagnose the problem and that they would fix whatever the machine found to be the culprit, I believed them when they said they only found issues with the battery and fuel injection. A month later I go for a routine oil change at a different vendor and the service technician tells me I have low coolant and no matter how many times the coolant was tapped off there would be none left when later checked. I return to the *********************** where my car was serviced and I am treated rudely. They accused me of not informing them about the coolant issue, which is not true. Now, they requested additional payment for another diagnostic, which is not acceptable. I'm deeply disappointed with their service and lack of accountability and am convinced that they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge to overcharge for services because I'm a woman. It's crucial to provide fair and respectful service to all customers regardless of their gender or level of automotive expertise. Such behavior undermines trust and reflects poorly on the integrity of the business.

      Slammer! they gave me a leased vehicle with a bank that didn't do business in the state I moved to. *********** doesnt do business with cal automotives I told them I was moving after my lease and where i was moving to. They wanted the deal and just took advantage of me. Now I'm in a horrible predicament where I can't register my car in the state I live in. To make it worst they won't even help me by switching the bank. They are criminals and just want your $$ customers are lied to and take. advantage of.

ALL THEY DO IS LIE ABOUT THE ***** OF THE *** AND TRY TO GET YOU TO THINK THAT YOU ARE GETTING A SPECIAL WHEN THEY GIVE YOU REBATES AND INCENTIVES BUT IN REALITY THEY JUST CHARGED ** FOR WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GIVING ** FOR FREE! THEY ADDED $2,500 TO THE ***** OF THE *** WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL OR KNOWLEDGE - AND WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO REVIEWING THE FINANCE DOCUMENTS AND COMPARING THE **** OF SALE AND STICKER ***** WHICH HAD THE SAME VIN NUMBER - IT WAS $2,500 MORE! WHO DOES THAT??? YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO ADD WHAT WE WANTED ONTO THE *** FOR FREE AND THAT WE HAD TO PAY, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BUT INSTEAD YOU LIE.DO NOT BE FOOLED. THE SALESMAN ******* ACTED NICE AT FIRST BUT WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO IT, DID NOT TELL THE ***** WHEN WE QUESTIONED THE NUMBERS AND TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE WE WERE WRONG, WHEN THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. HE SOLD ** THE *** AND SAID THAT WE WOULD GET THE ADDITIONS FOR FREE - LIES!THE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR ****** TRIED TO SMILE AND MOVE QUICKLY WITH THE PAPERWORK AND CONFIRMED THE PURCHASE ***** BUT THAT AMOUNT DID NOT REFLECT IN THE END, ANOTHER LIE!WORST *** BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP OR LEASE HERE. HOW DO PEOPLE LIVE WITH THEMSELVES GETTING OVER ON HONEST PEOPLE THAT ARE SPENDING HARD EARNED MONEY???YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF NOT GIVING THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR MONEY - TRUST ME - STAY AWAY!!!! IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME AND NOT PURCHASE MY *** HERE, I WOULD.And Management, do not respond to this with that meaningless comment and phone number to contact that you will never answer.
