    I ordered 10 lbs of coffee steak rub on October 1st of 2023 order number ********* and I never received my product. My husband and I have both called numerous times with voicemails and left emails with no resolve. On the two occasions someone actually answered the phone they just said they had to talk to the wholesale department and would get back with me but never did. We have dealt with this company for two years and never had a problem but this is also the first time we have had to deal with their customer service department. It appears they have no intention of giving us our product or money back. If they had just said it was on back order or given any explanation as to why its been 7 weeks, I would understand, but there has been zero communication to the point I feel like they are intentionally ignoring us.

    I've placed an order early part of may 2023 I've received the **** information stating that the package was delivered. My issue is that I moved from ******** to ********* never had a problem there in **. I've been running all over ****** trying to figure out where my package was check mailbox nothing went to local post office still nothing I decided to try and contact them all you get is a voice mail asking to leave your name and number but no phone call return. I've tried at least 2 numbers finally got through spoke with someone stating they are having trouble with post office i was suppose to get an email saying they will replace my order but nothing now no one wants to answer the phone I just want my order or a refund if this is how they do customers i will find another business that sell the products I'm looking for.

We apologize that the order was delayed, however **** does have delays from time to time that are out of our control as the merchant. We are glad the customer received their order.     March12, 2023 Whole Milk Powder Order # *********I have never received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times and they are not responding,In the past i have done business with them and have had no trouble. I just want my product.They did send an email asking for physical address. I sent it to them and haven't heard anything back.

    Hi. We apologize for any miscommunication around this order. *** tracking shows this order was delivered and received on May 1st. Customer on the original order provided ** a PO box and for a 55 pound order and we can not ship to a PO box. We reached out twice to the customer asking for a street address. When we received the street address from the customer there was a processing delay on our end. We apologize for the delay and have refunded the customer 15% for the shipping delay.
