    Stay away - unreliable - Plumbers came to work on a toilet that had a small leak, after they thought they fixed it. I paid them. When the leak persisted the next day. I tried contacting them several times so they can come back and fix the issue. But they never picked up their phone. When I called them on a different line they picked up and told me that they would come the next morning. The next day came and no one came. Its been a month and they havent returned calls or text messages

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the customer experienced. It is our priority to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our services. We want to clarify that our office was never made aware that the leak persisted after the initial visit. It appears that the technician was contacted after hours, and unfortunately, this information was not communicated to our office team. Had we been informed, we would have addressed the issue immediately.We encourage all our customers to contact our office directly for any follow up concerns. Additionally, our owner is accessible 24/7 for urgent matters and would have been more than willing to assist the customer promptly
