Placed order for golfer statue on September 26th 2022. Was advised by e mail that would take four months to obtain statue. Was required to pay half money for order at that time. $4100.00 dollars. In January I began checking on my order. Was advised that statue would not be ready until mid March 2023. I kept checking and finally after eight months statue was delivered on April 3rd 2023. was required to pay final balance of $4100 dollars at that time. Prior to this I had performed extensive research and located another company that sold exact same statue for $3950.00 dollars. I questioned ****** with regards to better price. Naturally he refused. This order was purchased on prepaid delivered basis. Was sent pictures of statue with light working, prior to statue being moved and wrapped and boxed for shipment. Was given option for trucking company delivery. It was highly recommended that we use the white glove service. This meaning the trucking company Plycon would pick up statue, bring to my residence, uncrate and place at location at my direction.Trucking company arrived April 3rd, and when asked to uncrate., the employees refused. They place crate statue in my garage. ****** at Randolph rose was immediately notified. I began the process of uncreating myself. Statue had many layers of shrink wrap, bubble wrap on it. This took about one hour. Note. Later that day representative from Plycon trucking company called and wanted to send drivers back to my house to finish the job uncrating. I declined because I had statue uncrated. Statue was left sitting in crate because was too heavy **** lbs for me to lift. The next day upon examine statue closely we noted damage to hand on statue that holds lamp. Also when attempting to wire up using licensed electrician, it was determined there was shortage. ****** at Randolph rose was immediately notified of damage. He stated that pictures he provide prior to shipment showed statue was fine. Also there was no notation on delivery receipt Statue had to be moved. Before crating. Damage could occur at that time. Damage could occur in transit. Failed to provide the white glove delivery service. Now ****** will not respond to attempts to determine about loss encountered due to damaged statue.

    Business Response

This is in response to *************************, re: Delivery Issues

************** contacted and ordered a statue from our company on 9/29/22. The invoice (attached) clearly states, "Estimated Completion 4 months". During the following 4 months from the order deposit payment date of 9/29/22, our company had email and phone correspondence many times advising ************** that the completion date will be longer than estimated. We did not guarantee a date, we provided an estimate. Our industry, especially in Fall 2022 was still dealing with supply chain issues which affected our business along with many more throughout the US. Materials, labor and logistics were all taking longer than anticipated. This was stated to ************** with approximately 39 emails & phone calls between us. He was very aware of the situation.

As a "Thank You" for his patience, we even designed and created a ************* plaque for the sculpture, complimentary - which ************** gladly accepted.

Here is correspondence from one exchange, January 29th, 2023 - 4 months after the order was initiated:

    *** ****** ****** *** **** **** **** **** ** *** *** ************* * **** ** ** ***** ** ***** * ***** **** ** ******* ********* ** ** *** ** *** ********** ********** ********** *** *** ** ** ********* **** *** **** ** ** **** ** *** *** ********* ** *** ** **** ** ********* **** *** ****** ** ********* *** **** ** **** **** *** ******** ***** *** **** ** ********* ************** **** *** ********* *** *** ********** *** **** ** ***** *** ********* ** ******** **** ** **** ******** ** *** ********* *** *********** ********* *** *** ****** **** ********** ************ ************** **** *** *** ******* *** *** ******** *** ********* *** ********* ***** ***** **** *** ********* *** ******* ** * *** ***** ******** ******* * ************** *** ** *** ******* ****** ** *** ********** ** *** ** ************** ****** *** *********** *** **** ***** *** ******** *** ***** ***** *** ******* **** **** *** *************** ***** **** ***** ***** **** *************** ******* ******* ****** ** **** ****** ***** ******* ***** ** ******** ******** ********* ** **** *** ******* ****** ***** *** ********** ** ****** ** ** ******** ****** ****** ** **** ****** ***** ****** ****** * ********* **** ****** *** ****** ** **** ***** ******* *** ******* **** ******* **** ** *** ******* **** ********* ***** ***** ** **** * *** **** ** ******* *** ******* * ***** *** *** *** ** ***** ** * **** **** **** ** ********** ***** ************ ***** *********************** **** **** ** ***** ** ******* *** ** ****** *** ******* *** * **** ******* *** ****** ** ***** *** **** ** ********* *** ****** **** ** ******* ******* ** ******* *** ** ******** **** ******* ** ** **** ** *** ***** ***** *** ** **** **** ** ******** ***** **** ******* ***** ********* ** ****** *** ******** *** ** *** ************** ******** *********** *** * ****** *** ** *** ***** ****** **** **** **** ******* *** *** ********** *** ***** ******* *** *** **** ** ******* ** ** **** ******** **** ** *** ***** ******* ****** ** ****** ** ********* *** ** **** **** ******* *** ** *** ***** ** ** **** ** ** **** ** **** ***** *** *** ***************

Now I understand the client's frustration, but the client did unwrap and inspect and told me that it looked great. He also declined to have the delivery company return to continue to uncrate and place for him.

From that point forward, ************** hired an electrician to wire the sculpture in his garden. As the piece was tested prior to crating, showing the sculpture electrified with pictures provided to **************, we can only surmise what happened next. The electrician and/or others with ************** while attempting to install, move, or electrify must have damaged the sculpture. ************** is attempting to shift responsibility from his hired contractors to us.

We did everything we were supposed to do, albeit not as quickly as estimated. The client accepted the sculpture, unwrapped the sculpture, commented how great it looks, then hired contractors to modify the sculpture.

From order date, to delivery, to the electrician wiring the sculpture, we kept in contact with ************** every step of the way. We were upfront about the delivery timeline and offered remedies for each time he had concerns and have since communicated help figure alternative ways for the electrician to modify the sculpture for ***************
