    On May 17th, 2024 Snake Guys Sewer &Drain came out to assess and repair a sewage flood at ********************************. The initial quote was $195.00 dollars to repair blockage. Hours of large machines and additional sewage water baking up into house and translation to me was problem solved and the cost increased to $1500.00 dollars, but said you are all good. However, not more than 18 hours later complete sewage flooding into basement the next morning. They returned and then said the problem was not one they could fix and left me, elderly with heart condition to figure it out after paying them $1500.00 no use of any water, toilet, shower etc. My goal is to have the additional money refunded since they did not repair it as they translated they did.
