    Hired a plumbing company to fix my sewer / waste line as I was getting a lot of backup in the basement bathroom.. ** ******* *( owner ) comes to my home runs a camera in the drainage and give me a proposal to fix a broken corrode pipe.. When the time came to do the job.. He sent over a senior tech who broke floor in a location where there is no pipe present ( he stated he had a wrong reading) they broke in another location where they cut a cast iron pipe and reconnected with a plastic white PVC pipe.. Upon completion they covered the hole and stated it was all done.. pictures and updates were not sent to me.. i uncovered the hole so that i can view the job i paid $4850.00 for.. to my surprise i found that they had replaced the pipe with cheap pvc pipe in a zig zag form that just by looking at it i knew it will cause problems for me, i had two other plumbers look at the work and they confirmed they job was a sloppy job and will cause me problems in the future.. The owner of the company came to my house and also stated in front of a master plumber who was present during the visit that the job was a " lazy job" and was not done correctly, he also stated he did not received pictures of the finish work.. They also removed my original cast iron radiator due to it leaking. To make matter worse, they offered to fix the issue with further damages to my floors and correct the pipes original problem, for an addition $6300.00.. this is being told to me as he is walking around staying " how am i going to do this".. At that point i lost all faith in this company i did not want any more damages to the floor as what they did was horrible ( i have pictures and videos).. i had an outside contractor come provide me with an estimate to do the same job i asked Pipe wizard to do.. upon inspection they notice that the pipes *** ******* cut was not the damaged pipe, the leak coming from the ceiling was not from the radiator it was from a hole in the tubing in the 1st floor bathroom
