    The alarm system was installed on 10-11-22. At the completion of the job I tried to pay the installer and was told that someone would be by to check the system the next day and to pay them. On Wednesday, 10-12-22 I began receiving harassing phone calls from Marshall so on Wednesday afternoon I put a check in the mail to them for the balance. Today they deactivated the system for nonpayment. When I called and asked them to speak to the installers I was told they were in Bedford and unreachable because of no cell phone service. I overpaid because I did not have a fireplace sensor installed and I am being charged for service that is turned off. I was given a brochure and a copy of the invoice was never emailed to me.
