      have a 10 year warranty its onley 7 months called Joe tahans That my mattress dips to much on the bed 12 in from edges I can't Lay there as the bed dipps and I have to put a pillow there or sleep in middle of the bed and if I lay close to the spot I feel like I'm tipping.. places a stick across the bed I told him it's when weight is on it he's not listening he flip the mattress you can't it can onley be turned I told him. He tuned
      the mattress around I told him I just did that two weeks before I got a call from a woman today who stated she's corporate office I can not have the mattress replaced as I was not turning the mattress and flipping it . . And there was no problem shes says i dont flip or turn my mattress !
      because i do shebsays call back in two months well send someone out again
      I told her the dipp is not the edges "she said well hate to tell you this. You bought low end mattress she says and I'm not arguing with you low end at 900 dollars ! Cool jell I'm not arguing with you she said again The mattress dipps i feel it it pulls me into the dipp if I'm close she says well if you did not sit on the edge of the bed that's why it's going to dipp .. I stated it's not on the edge .she says And you don't flipp it ! I said I do , I have rods and screws in my spine I really can tell and i have to place a pillow there .She in a stern voice said I'm not arguing with you!!! What ? Really lady ?? Do you have the report who can i talk with
      This is corport !" Call back like I said in two months. if you still have the issue ! mean tone We are corporate! I'm having a rough day any thing else she asked I asked who do I need to explain this issue to You bought a low end mattress We have many many brands you got low end like I said I'm done arguing!"
