Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all resident concerns seriously and strive to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. We would like to clarify the facts regarding the complaint filed by *** ***** ******** to provide a clear understanding of the situation.
Aberdeen Estates entered into a legal agreement with *** ******** and her attorney following a court proceeding related to non-payment of lot rent. As part of a mutually agreed-upon settlement, finalized after the date of this complaint, Aberdeen Estates paid *** ******** nearly $2,000 to facilitate her move-out from the property. This settlement resolved all outstanding disputes, including any claims related to lot rent, water bills, or ownership of the trailer. *** ******** is no longer a resident at Aberdeen Estates, and all financial obligations outlined in the settlement have been fulfilled.
Regarding the specific claims in the complaint:
Trailer Ownership and Title: Any issues related to the ownership or title of the trailer were addressed during the court proceedings, and the settlement agreement resolved all claims. Aberdeen Estates complied with all legal requirements in this matter.
Water Bills and Lot Rent: All financial matters, including lot rent and utility payments, were thoroughly reviewed during the court process and resolved as part of the settlement.
Eviction Notice: The eviction notice referenced in the complaint was part of the legal process for non-payment of rent, which was fully resolved through the court-ordered settlement.
We believe the resolution reached in court, with the involvement of *** ********** legal representation, fairly addressed all concerns. As the settlement has been completed and *** ******** has received the agreed-upon payment, we consider this matter closed.
Aberdeen Estates remains committed to maintaining a positive and compliant community environment. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the facts

I went to buy a **** ********* ********** mobile home, with Aberdeen Mobile Home Park, in Aberdeen, Ohio. They had me put down a down payment of $800.00 and sign a 5-year Lease Agreement, with the Guarantee of being approve for the home. then 2 days later they call me and said that they are not able to approve me because of my Disability, and because I received disability payment. and that my disability payments fall outside of their guidelines. now this Lease has started, and they still have my money, but I do not have the home I falls under the fair housing act, and it is Discriminating against me because I'm disabled.
