      I am rejecting this response because: He said $300 to begin with now it's only $200. The business offered to clean up again 2 months later, but I had already cleaned up it.  They would want to be paid for their time, and I want to be paid for my time.

      $300 was never promised. In a phone call ***** explain her dissatisfaction with the clean up from the crew. I offered to come clean again as I wanted to make sure she was happy and she refused, instead requesting “two or three hundred dollars” for the time she spent cleaning it herself. I verbally agreed to $200 and that ended the conversation. A few days later I received another call from ***** with “No Caller ID” and it was her requesting money for a few pieces of facia boards that she had purchased herself and had us install for her. I explained that I did not charge her for the materials that she bought and supplied to us to install so there was no reimbursement needed. She promptly hung up on me. All of this has transpired even after I took $1,500 off of the originally estimate AND gave her 3/4 of her house worth of free gutters because she did not want full gutters but we were unable to tie new gutters into the old existing gutters. 

      in short, this is nothing short of a money grab and utilizing a review site for extortion and a money grab.

      What you are claiming is a flat out lie. When you called to express that you were unhappy about the clean up it was exactly 6 days after the job completion. That is also when I offered to come back to do additional clean up that you denied me to do. That same conversation is when you requested “$200 or $300” for your time in cleaning up the nails. I agreed to $200 on that same phone call. You should be ashamed of yourself for attempting to exploit my business with a review site for your personal financial gain.
