    The owner came off as nice, professional & we used her services prior to this without any complaints but it was also not nearly as much of a job. **************** was paid $900 in Jan of 2022 to file the Non Profit Status for **********. As of June of 2023 I have not received NonProfit status, the *** denied the application due to an Error on the application & no refund of any kind has been issued. I requested the documents in Apr of 2023 filed so that I could work with the Liaison given to me by the *** & no follow up from her in regards to sending copies of them still as of today. **************** previously stated the documents were filed on Apr 29,2022 but according to the Liaison there wasnt an application filed until July of 2022, 6 months after the payment was made. I reached out to **************** on June 7, 2023 willing to take a partial refund back & she has yet to respond. As of today, June 23, 2023 I have contacted the Small Claims Court of ***** to have the judge order release of my paperwork filed & a full refund along with court cost. I do not believe in bashing companies but I do believe you should be truthful with ALL customers about any services they pay for. This is my advice to the public when dealing with AW Financial or any other company, make sure you receive any and ALL paperwork in regards to your business. My business name with the stated had been changed due to what may have been a rushed ******* had to update my bank records, as well as other business documents while I waited for her to get the documents back corrected because I didnt want to cause any problems with the *** Non profit application. Nonetheless, the services I paid for were not completed and the feedback in regards to this matter, I am not happy with.

    They are Awesome and have a Amazing book keeping system and I would definitely recommend them for all your business needs my book keeper and payroll person is ******* very professional and knowledgeable of all sorts of business taxes big and small
