    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First of all they send out a kid who hasn't even had his license 2 years. Totally undervalues our home and pulls comps from 38 miles away because he can't find anything near here. I'm a realtor and was able to pull comps within 10 miles in the same school district. He's lied about the things that we had to do saying that they weren't done and just keeps adding things onto the list after every visit so he keeps getting paid to come out. Doesn't understand what sandstone is and doesn't know a low voltage outlet is for a solar panel. He needs to have more training so he's competent to write a accurate report.

    Do not use them if you want a good ******************. They seriously priced our house way to low. They had our square footage wrong and our driveway/patio measurements wrong. Also, they put ****** per square footage. Not one house sold for less than ****** per square foot around us in the past 6 months. In fact our exact model home across the street sold for ****** per square foot. I dont get it. The appraiser was at our house for 10 mins!! Waste of money!!

    This is the absolute worst appraisal company I have ever worked with and the most unprofessional. They wrote a a false appraisal, stated we had a concrete slab and partial basement, we have a full basement, 14 course and 8ft high ceilings, stated we have no sump pump, we have 2, stated we have no attic and we have a full attic. Stated we have a fireplace and we do not! Also, used comps from different school districts which is not allowed. A data collector came to our home and a totally different person wrote the report and we were never nor was our realtor told this was a desk appraisal. Totally fraudulent company and shame on ********** for using them! Do Not Use them! Do your research and deny this company if a bank tried to order them for an appraisal. The reviews on their site reflect the kind of business they do!
