      Hello,On February of this year my wife and me visited the Goddard School to register our newborn for *** of this year, we were told that we have to pay 150$ for registration fees and it is not refundable and they explained that we also have to pay 500$ to security deposit which will go against the first week no thing else was explained about if we choose not to start this year that 500$ is not refundable, I made payments over the phone no receipt no contract was sent to us.This week my wife decided that she is staying home with our baby and no need for school for this time. The school was contacted by me and explained our new plan and asked for 500$ refunds and they refused to refund based on their policy which was never explained or mentioned more over no contract or receipt we ever had.Im only asking for our 500$ to be refunded since they never mentioned or explained their policy and no contract was signed .The only and only paperwork signed was an application for our family information and again no contract was never signed and never received an electronic receipt or in mail receipt for our payment.Thank you

      The owner processed a ~$1300 charge on our credit card without our consent. When my husband and I sent an email asking for this amount to be refunded, he responded accordingly. However, soon after, I received an email claiming that our email was rude? As a result, he asked us to find another school and kept our $200 deposit to hold a spot for our daughter.
      With our son attending Goddard since he was 18 months old, we were loyal patrons for two years. This meant nothing.
      The policy changed for holding our daughter’s place outside our agreement. The owner neither communicated this change nor conducted himself professionally.
