1 starImpossible to find the correct or legit First Credit company. Search reveals dozens of FCI companies, none of them match the address or phone number on the letter I received about some bill that is years old and was paid. The bill has a non-working bogus QR Code. I use sites that protect consumers and ones that employ third party authentication or other secure login apps. 1 starI received a collections bill in the mail after never receiving one from the **************. When calling the ************** they said I was sent bills via the app. When I pointed out I opted out of electronic communication and wanted everything via the postal service they said it was too late and was at the collections agency. I called the collections agency who said they didnt own the debt and was only working the debt for the doctors office. They told me to contact the ************** and have it sent back to them. I called the doctors office back and they said since it was in collections their was nothing they could do. They did confirm that I did opt out of electronic communication and were sorry for any inconvenience they may have caused me. Neither the doctors office or collection agency will take accountability. They both just except be to pay for it even though I qualify for hardship assistance due to being on disability.Review fromJeffrey N

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!! on Jan 20, 2024 three (3) notice of collections from First Credit addressed to my mother, that passed away on *** ** **** were received at my address stating there were amounts owed to Millennium Physician Group . Millennium Physician Group was noticed immediately via telephone, after my mother's death that she had passed away. Additionally, the attorney handling her estate notified Millennium Physician Group on Dec 14, 2023 via CERTIFIED MAIL that my mother had passed away. Despite being notified on 2 separate occasions that my mother had passed away, they turn 3 bills that total $77.74 over to First Credit, Inc for collection!!!!

We certainly want to have updated and accurate information.It is very possible that although you notified our client, the information was not transferred to us. 1 starNon stop calling, a government agency has been involved sending them information for proof of coverage multiple times. They state they didnt receive it despite giving me the contact information they would like things sent to. Extremely rude on the phone if you explain the situation and constantly defensive and unprofessional. Its like dealing with a brick wall that refuses information saying the bill is not real and should have never happened- because they do not get their commission. At the point legal needs to get involved at the harassment and refusal to take the bill down- or receive the information from a government agency telling them to take the bill down.Review fromJeff B

1 starI received a letter from them regarding lab work. I have been trying to call their office since mid December but no one picks up and I have not received a call back. I finally spoke to someone and told them that I dont know why they sent me a letter about payment options. I have insurance which I gave to the lab technician when I went in for lab work. I NEVER received any results, my insurance provider never received any notification of the work done either. When I told this to the woman who answered the phone she disconnected the line.Is this a SCAM???
