    On March 25th 2023 I went to mobile irepair to have to have the front of my screen fixed as I had ripped that electronic piece off that attached the screen to the phone and makes the images appear. Before the screen went black my face id was working fine. I hadn’t dropped my phone when my screen went black, the screen wasn’t attached to the phone and ended up just coming off. After I had paid $95.01 for the front screen to be fixed I went home and saw my id wasn’t working anymore and my phone is still extremely glitchy. (Mind you I’ve gone to the mall and had my phone fixed from worse damages than this and it was Fixed great)
    I did some research with an IT expert from ***** and discovered my phones Face ID isn’t working because the true depth of my camera is ruined. That occurs when your phone is fixed with non ***** products.
    After finding this out I contacted the shop I went to, and told them them that not only was my phone still glitching, my id won’t work.
    They lied to me saying that happens when my phone is dropped too many times, telling me my phone being fixed with incorrect parts wasn’t true.
    I said no, THATS not true, because my phone was working perfect before the screen went black.
    They blocked me after that without helping me come to any solution.
    I wasn’t looking for a refund, I was looking for a discount on my next purchase or something.
    Now I’m looking for a full refund AND a replacement phone. That was extremely unprofessional and discouraging.

     I am rejecting this response because: I never declined. I am going to the shop to have my refund returned to me. They refused to give me back my original screen therefore I will not accept a different kind of screen for the return. So in order to have this resolved I would like to keep the screen (as in it will result in further damages taking it off because the back is ruined) and I would like my refund returned to me regardless. I went to diagnose my phone at the ***** Store and they told me the diagnoses was from the wrong parts. So I’ve proven they have lied several times to me.
