    This company knowingly sold/used leaked assets they took from others and claimed were their own. They failed to keep in communication with the client regarding changes of who was lead developer. They also failed to finish projects in a timely manner resulting in wasted time.

    Dear Better Business Bureau, 
    The team at 330 Companies has reviewed the client's complaint against us and is issuing the following response. 
    Complaint 1 
    The client is claiming that we "sold/used leaked assets that [330 Companies] took from others and claimed were [our] own." We never provided or sold the client any leaked assets. All assets provided to the client were open-source assets from GitHub, which we explained many times were not produced by us. We repeatedly explained to the client that our services only cover installing these assets. This meant downloading the asset from the original producer's public GitHub repository and uploading the assets to the client-server. These assets were not leaked as they came from the original poster and were open source. We do not sell or use any assets that we do not produce by us or are not open source. 
    We believe that the client may be referring to "PLOKS_CARS" a free asset available from the following GitHub link, which we installed on his server. https://github.com/PLOKMJNB/FiveM-Civ-Car-Pack. We did not sell the client this car pack. We only installed this pack for the client onto his server and reskinned some of the assets. Skins are two dimensional images superimposed on the three-dimensional models from the car pack. The client paid for two dimensional images for these cars produced by 330 Development and for the installation of this car pack.

     I am rejecting this response because:
     $70 is no where near the amount of money the client, **********, lost due to their inability to do their job.  Many of the scripts that were installed and "green checkmarked" didn't work and still don't work to this day.  Other individuals have stated they used 330 Development and had issues with their services.
