    I purchased some heaters from this business for $179.00. They said they had sent them to me. When I checked on them they said they went to a different address. I gave them my address again. They gave me a tracking number. I have checked that number with **** they said that they are still waiting for the package. That has been three weeks ago.

    We paid $99.00 for 3 portable heaters
    The business guaranteed the heaters would heat our home for a fraction of the cost of a regular heater.
    The business claimed that **** **** and ****** ****** endorsed these heaters.
    The business claimed that these heaters were cost effective for seniors. We are 74 and 81.

    There is no model # provided on the boxes which arrived damaged.  The packing slip says 'Cosmo Portable Heater' model ********.  It is not the model advertised on the website endorsed by **** ****.  I explained that the purchase date was November 11, 2023.  I explained that the purchase price was $99.  The order number was **********.  The instructions are so poorly written that we had difficulty making them out.  If you need more information, please let me know.

    I viewed this portable heater product on social media endorsed by **** **** and ****** ******.  I was barely able to read the instructons, they were so poorly written.
