      The location is **** ********** ** ** ******* ** *****. Early this month we bought a Vape device (which the salesman very aggresively pushed us to buy) and we were told we could exchange it within 30 days if we had any issues. Within a couple weeks the thing was leaking all over everything constantly. The device spits liquid into your mouth with every hit and was causing illness so we brought it in and wasted a lot of time with back and forth nonsense but ultimately the employee confirmed that the issue should not be happening. The owner, **** came in after being very unhelpful on the phone, apparently looked at the device and decided not to help us. When we returned to pick it up we were told it had the wrong coil (which was sold and installed by THEIR EMPLOYEE when we bought the device) also they emptied the juice we had and refilled it with a different flavor which could be an allergy risk, we were not told or asked if they could do this. We asked if we can at least be given a new coil since they ruined the flavor we had exclusively used and they said No. When we tried to buy one they didnt even have the right one in stock. We spent $70 dollars plus a lot of time for them to give us a broken device and for **** to say "well if i help you then WE lose the money." I am very upset about the wasted money but moreso about the attitude and imcompetence i was given over this whole issue.
