      After ordering a knife there were so many optional ad on offers that is was hard to place the order. I have been charged $57 multiple times and have left messages with no reply or any information on what the $57 was for. Feels like a scam to trap you into additional purchases or offers.

      The offer for the Steel River Camo Colossal & Stiletto comes with a trial subscription this is noted in the offer and on the checkout page along with a welcome email you receive the same day of purchase .The customer called and left a message October 22nd 2023. On October 23rd we refunded both the subscription charges that the customer received ( September and October) and cancelled the subscription . We send confirmation emails for the cancellation of the subscription and the refunds which take 3-5 business days for processing time.

      Similar to other complainants-ordered a Knife on-line from Science of Skill for $5.95 S&H and thereafter they attempted to charge credit card $57/mo for a claimed "subscription" that was not part of the original transaction. An email to them at the address on the order bounced back as a bad email address and no phone number is available with three different recent addresses in Akron and Canton for the Company.

      In August 2023, I had a charge of $57 that appeared on my credit card account. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I purchase anything from these people that would cost that much. I purchased a free machete and paid $9.99 for shipping and handling only. There was no instruction that anything else would be charged. I want my money refunded to my credit card. This is classic fraud since I looked up on reviews and it seems that there are many many people who have had the same thing happen to them. I have contacted my bank about this fraud and they are investigating. My next step would be to involve an attorney for class action review.

      *BEWARE* - Deceptive The product you get is of poor quality (dollar store garbage), then they start with the monthly charges about a week after your order.Website says cancel my membership at any time!, but nobody answers the phone. Additionally, the website cannot be accessed as Server cant be found.Typical scammer behavior (unavailable) when you attempt to contact them.One star due to the inability to choose NONE, just like response from this shady business.

      I purchased a knife under the "pretense" of it only being $9.95. I was charged that amount, and was just charged yesterday $57 for something I DID NOT order. If this is a subscription, I want it CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY and my money RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT! This company is a SCAM!Angry in ***********.

      I keep getting a recurring charge of $57 on my credit card from this company. I only ordered a knife, which I paid for several months ago. This is a scam. I can find no way to cancel this "subscription ".It is a recurring charge that I did not authorize and for which I receive nothing for the $57.

      I received an email for a free knife for a $7,95 shipping and handling fee unbeknownst to me they started charging my card $57.00 a month membership fee for which I received nothing. I was very sick last year in and out of the hospital and nursing homes. I get a paperless statement from my card and my account is on autopay. I paid the $7.95 4/17/22 they started billing me monthly $57.00 starting 5/1/22. I was hospitalized mid-May then to a nursing home this happened to me two more times up until the end of December. Science of Skill continued to bill my card monthly through 11/27/22. When I realized what they were doing I called the credit card company and told them they still took an autopay from my checking that month to cover the bill even after notification right now I am disputing $456 in charges from Science of Skill. I then went through my card charges for the year 2022. I also had two fraudulent charges from LeadingElectronicBrand for $76.68 each 11/3/22 and 12/6/22. Two fraudulent charges from AcceleratedHealth-Well 11/6/22 and 11/20/22 $54.98 each. End of December all h*** broke loose fraudulent charges from 4 different companies from 12/17-12/24/22; ExtraodinaryQualityEL 12/17 for *****, JustLavishSkinCom 12/23 $84.87, Select Blend Online 12/24 $57.99, and EHAENTE 12/24 $*****. I am in the process of Disputing the charges from all these "companies" for a total of $884.19. Meanwhile I cancelled the credit card end of December 2022 and had the bank issue me a new card. Everything has been good since then. Hard ****** learned do not order anything from obscure companies they may just be fronts to SCAM you by posing as a legit enterprise. It would not surprise me in the least if all these fraudulent companies could be traced back to the same source - Science of Skill.

      Regarding Science of Skill:Bought a $9.98 knife and flashlight. Unchecked box for 14 day free trial for self defense subscription. They charged $57 for the subscription but hit my credit card three time for a total of $171. When I complained they said they were refunding only $57. No phone communication only emails. Selling by knives is a way for them to steal your money.

      I think they tricked me into a subscription. Charging me $57 that I was unaware of. I have asked for a refund.
