1 starI canceled with Energy Harbor in January, and it is now May, and this has not been resolved. I talked to them via phone on January 10th, 2025, and cancelled their service. My cancellation confirmation number is ********. I tried to talk to them twice today (May 15, 2025), and I was disconnected as soon as the issue of not calling was brought up.Review fromLucy K

1 starThe most unprofessional company. Nothing gets resolved. Been trying to get my solar running since January. Thats 7 months of calling and lies. *** came out yesterday and said it was turned on to find it today that its not. Been getting run around seven whole months. 1 starMy current energy supplier, IGS, contacted me regarding a "cancellation request" I put forth as I allegedly cancelled my service with IGS and enrolled with Harbor Energy? I have never consented to that, never even heard of Harbor Energy, and have absolutely no idea how they would have changed the supplier on my account without my consent, prior approval, or knowledge? 1 starMy account has a credit balace owe to me. They want my bank to provide a bank letterhead stating they will not file a dispute on the credit refund once the check has been cashed by me and cleared. The bank will not draft a letter that is not been legally approved. That is Aes is wanting an affidavits they should provide me a notice with the check. As the cashed check by me is proof of payment with my signature on the back. Aes will not provide one. Why do I have to have my bank provide this letter. Why is a signed check not proof enought. Do I need to get an attorney to get this resolved. If so Aes will be responsible for any additional fees to be paid to the attorney. I just want my overpayment sent to me.Review fromBrad M

1 star**** ****** price per kwh $0.039 Energy Harbor price per kwh $0.072 + $77 DELIVERY FEE (DELIVERY OF WHAT, THE ELECTRIC I GET FROM **** FOR $8??) Took my **** ****** bill and did nothing but double it to line their pockets. 5 starsI really missed the boat and didn't sign up with Energy Harbor early enough before the rate hike this summer. But I signed up and locked in a good rate for the next 4 years. So far so good. It was easy and seamless.Review fromkarl b

1 starI received a notice that my electric service had been switched to Energy Harbor without my consent. I called them to find out what was going on, and the person told me "I was part of a sweep", and everyone inside the county was being transferred. I responded that I was not sure that is even a legitimate activity and wanted to know "WHO" authorized and said that is a BS comment that I am sure she was told to tell anyone questioning the activity. She said that it was authorized, and I said that is BS... I want to speak to someone about this and I wanted to know "WHO" exactly. She then reassured me that everyone inside my township was moved over as part of a sweep to help consumers.... So it went from a county (60,000 people), to a township(4,000 people). I am sure this is not legal and I want to know WHO authorized the switch.Review fromKen B

Have been with Energy Harbor for five years and they have honored thier advertised/contract rate. They provide you with a letter of agreement shortly after you sign up. I have saved a lot on my electric bill over time. My current rate is 4 cents a kilowatt cheaper than what my electric provider charges.
