    I am a college student taking a PE course that is required to have a movband 5 for class. I placed the order on Wednesday, Aug. 23rd with 3 day shipping. I have not received an email with any tracking information at all. Just an order #.

    Horrendous customer service! I am a student @Auburn University and as part of my summer exercise course I was required to purchase a Movband from this Co. for $62. The class has already begun, and I continue to wait for my band to arrive. There is no way to contact the Co. by telephone and I have filled out multiple requests for customer service through their website. I have received NO response. They deserve a ZERO customer review rating.

    The Moveband 5 band was working fine and then one day would no longer hold the charge, no damage or water to the band. Called multiple times with no answer and sent photos to online support. Requested a new band be sent as this is required for a college class and no response. Would not recommend any college invest in this for any classes. They are not BBB accredited.

    We do not provide telephone support and we responded to your emails in a timely manner. Once we received your email back with the photos, we directed you to our on campus resource, who happens to be the adminstrator of the program. Once you meet with her, she will evaluate your device and provide you with a new one if necessary. She will also allow you makeup time for any assigments that were affected by the damaged band. We will be sharing the email correspondence with the BBB, so that they have the actual facts of this matter.
