Dr. ********************** is very professional and wonderfully personable. She takes time to listen and educate. Dr. ********************** provided a thorough examination, and she and her husband provided a thorough evaluation of aid devices and education and training on the devices she prescribed for me. The follow-up sessions consists of further training, device tweaks, and her openness to my input and individual hearing needs. Dr. ********************** also harbors an excellent sense of humor.Ohio Hearing Health, Inc.

Wonderful, caring and very genuine Dr. ****** *******. Helped my mom who is ninety now. Going from almost deaf to hearing everything! She is always so patient and kind! Such a warm & welcoming experience... Dr. ********************** ****** are very thorough, knowledgeable & professional in their approach. They listen, ask questions to be sure they understand your needs & will spend the time to get the right solution for you. We discussed several options and afterwards I felt informed enough to understand the differences and make an informed choice. Dr ********* did an excellent job, and I highly recommend her. From the time we came into her office, until the time we left, was waaay longer than your normal medical visit. She and ******* were very professional, very patient, very positive and very informative. My husband and I so appreciated their expertise, and their use of medical terminology, but then total excellence in breaking the terminology down into laymen's terms. From my first interaction with **** when I called looking for a place for a hearing test and aids, he was terrific! I think he LITERALLY spent close to an hour on the phone explaining their care vs. what services I would be getting with my insurance provider. Dr. ********************** is sweet but also VERY knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I always feel welcome at their office and they're eager to answer any questions I may have if I call them on the phone. Definitely a FIVE star business!Ohio Hearing Health, Inc.

Dr ********************** and **** were VERY helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all. They were truly interested in finding and addressing my hearing issue. They took the time needed to explain things and answer questions. I would highly recommend them..Ohio Hearing Health, Inc.
