      On 09/28/22, I used a coupon being offered by Romeo's Pizza on ******** for a free medium pizza. I placed the order for the free pizza along with large pizza. I followed all terms and conditions set forth by Romeo's Pizza for the coupon. As I was paying for my order, $15.49, the manager on duty (*****) stated that the coupon could not be validated. She stated that I was to input the amount of the order at the store, not prior to arriving to the store, as the coupon could have already been used. I stated that the coupon was time stamped and had not been in this store, and no other store is located within the 10-minutes to use it elsewhere. She then stated it did not matter, and I could still pay for the large pizza but would not receive the "free pizza" unless I paid for it also.Any company that is advertising a service or product, has to by law, follow the terms and conditions they set forth. It is illegal for a company to make such an offer to a consumer, then attempt to change the terms and conditions in order to charge an additional amount of money.

      To whom it may concern,

      I am writing this letter in response to the complaint filed by **************************  The reason ************** was denied his coupon is because the coupon had already been redeemed and filled out in its entirety when he arrived at our location, thus making it void. Attached you will see a demonstration of the steps our online coupon takes you through and it is very clear that it is not to be redeemed and filled out until you have arrived at our location and are going through the checkout process. It is unfortunate ************** misunderstood the instructions but due to the high volume of people abusing the coupon and trying to use it multiple times (it is a one use only) my employees have been given strict instructions not to honor any coupon that has already been redeemed and filled out as that is the only way we can tell if it has been used or not. Had ************** acted in a civil matter I'm confident a resolution could have been reached to satisfy both parties but he became increasingly hostile and began threatening my employees stating he was going to place false orders and repeatedly call the location to disrupt our business and cost us money in wasting our supplies and manpower on false orders. At this time he was asked to leave the store which he also refused to do and continued to disrupt our business. We do our best to please and work with every customer but we will not tolerate unruly and hostile customers in our location for our staff's safety as well as the safety of other customers that are coming and going.

      Thank you,

      **********;
