      I am the Manager at ***************. I made 3 urgent calls and scheduled someone 3 times with an urgent plumbing issue. My resident is elderly and did not have a kitchen sink for an entire weekend. She washed and gathered water from her tub. When I arrived on Monday, *** never called or showed. Call Roto Rooter and they arrived 20 mins later. The job is complete at minimal costs.
